The link above is to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office online public records information inquiry & search database. If you are looking for someone who may have been arrested in Houston, TX (Harris County, TX) or are in jail, this resource would be the best way to find their SPN# or jail location, and to verify if they are in the custody of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
The website linked above can be used to find people 17 years of age or older who may have been jailed by the City of Houston. The records are updated twice per hour and there are multiple ways to search for inmates.

Options are available to search by the offender’s name, an address, Zip code, County, or institute of higher learning. Also available is a national search option as well Texas’s 10 most wanted sex offenders.
